Welcome to Rtribe! We’re so excited to have you move with us. To ensure a
smooth, respectful, and well-managed experience for everyone, please read and agree to the
following:
1. Monthly Membership & Payment
• All enrollments at Rtribe follow a monthly membership policy, unless you have opted for a
pay-per-class model or a 4-class pack.
• Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of the fees.
• Fees must be paid before the classes commence for the month, as per the selected plan
(late payment charges may apply).
• All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Monthly Cycle (No Carry Forward)
• Monthly memberships are valid only for the calendar month you enroll in.
• Classes cannot be carried forward into the next month.
✅ Example: If you join on 5th or 6th February, your membership will still be
considered for February, and will not extend into March.
3. Flexibility for Missed Classes
• If you join later or miss sessions, you may make up for up to 2 missed classes per month
(or up to 2 hours for batches that happen once a week and span a duration of 2 hours) by
attending any other regular class at Rtribe (not applicable for workshops).
• This must be availed within the same month, with prior intimation, and is subject to slot
availability.
• If a class is cancelled by Rtribe, a make-up session will be arranged.
4. Timings & Punctuality
• We request all students to arrive 5–10 minutes early so the class can begin on time and
everyone gets the full experience.
5. Footwear & Studio Use
• Outside footwear is strictly not allowed inside the studio.
• Please carry a clean indoor pair of shoes, which you can change into after entering the
studio.
6. Respect & Conduct
• Please respect your teachers, fellow students, and the studio space at all times.
• Mobile phones must be kept on silent during sessions.
• Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or termination of
membership without refund.
7. Cleanliness & Hygiene
• Maintain cleanliness and order at all times.
• Food and beverages are allowed only in the lobby area, and strictly not inside the studio
space.
• To keep the dance floor clean and clutter-free, bags are not allowed inside the main dance
area. Kindly store your belongings in the designated cabinets.
• Water bottles and phones must be kept in the designated rack/area provided.
• Please dispose of waste responsibly in designated bins.
8. Damage to Property
• Any damage caused to the studio premises or property (intentional or due to negligence)
will be the responsibility of the student and must be compensated accordingly.
• Please treat the studio with care — it’s a shared home for many.
9. Safety & Responsibility
• Please inform your teacher of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations
before participating.
• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Rtribe is not responsible for injuries
sustained during sessions.
10. Photography & Media
• Rtribe may capture photos and videos during sessions for internal documentation and
marketing purposes.
• By enrolling, you consent to the use of such media across our official platforms.
• If you would like to opt out, please notify us in writing at the time of registration.
11. Communication
• Any updates or changes will be communicated through our official WhatsApp groups.
By enrolling at Rtribe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the
above terms and conditions.
